Amsterdam World Canvas Film Festival Rules:

   - Films must be in English or include English subtitles.
   - The applicant must hold the copyright or obtain consent from the copyright holder to submit the film.

   - Winners selected in the bi-monthly festivals will be included in the annual program.
   - The festival will announce the annual program winners in a separate ceremony with additional recognition.

   - Winners included in the annual program must provide an unsubtitled copy of the film within two weeks of the official announcement.
   - Winners must also submit a .srt file with English subtitles within the same two-week timeframe.

   - Submit your film via our official festival platform within the designated submission periods.

   - Films must be in English or include English subtitles to be eligible for participation.

   - All official communication, including acceptance notifications and announcements, will be made through the contact information provided during the submission process.

   - By submitting an entry, you grant the Amsterdam World Canvas Film Festival the right to use, distribute, and share the film's poster, trailer, synopsis, and stills on our official social media channels for promotional purposes.

   - Submissions for each bi-monthly festival must be received by the specified deadline to be considered.

   - The Amsterdam World Canvas Film Festival reserves the right to amend these rules at any time, with any changes communicated to participants in a timely manner.
